1 /5 Jacob Hisert: Gary is by no means whatsoever professional. A customer who was getting their first ever vehicle went to him because her mother has insurance set up through him. He shopped her for a new policy for his own benefits, made it difficult for the customer and the dealership. The customer was already on the mother’s policy, mother was co-signing on vehicle (aka name on title and loan) and he insisted she needed a new policy. Then upon catching him in the act and trying to call and explain that to him he hung up on me.

1 /5 jessica paquin: Whoever i spoke to there seemed like he had better things to do, was rushing me through the process of adding a vehicle to a policy. Called back to fix a mistake and i was given an attitude.. saying the change wouldnt be done for a while. Extremely rude to me. Making it seem like a huge deal that something so simple had to be completed. Not the way customers or dealerships should be treated.. Please teach basic customer service skills.
