    Stacy Romaine: Used this office for a real estate purchase and everything went smoothly. Great communication with the paralegal and an uneventful, successful closing. Would use again and recommend. (Parking can be problematic - they have dedicated parking but if thats taken for something like a closing, depending on the day, you might be hard pressed to find another spot within a one-block radium because of the courthouse and DMV)

    S Q: I had a simple real estate matter for which I was specifically referred to K & K by another attorney. Left msg with the curt and unfriendly paralegal and received a call back from one of the attorneys 2 days later, which I just missed taking. After calling back 15 minutes after missing the call, and leaving another message, I have yet to receive a callback now after almost 2 weeks. 2 stars because they are supposedly competent, but 3 deducted for absurdly inadequate and unprofessional communications practices. I have contacted 4 attorneys in Canandaigua and have been treated excellently by all but K & K. Bottom line is there are at least 3 superior law firms 1 block and 1 phone call away.

    Jessica Marble: Very slow at getting things done!! Needs constant reminders to stay on top of paperwork that needs to be dealt with. Took 3 weeks just to write a purchase offer to buy a house. Not impressed and Im not the only one to think this.
