4 /5 Bboy hall: Ive been coming to this location for a couple of years and Sean and Giovanni at the front desk makes the start of the day start off on a good foot and it makes me comfortable when I practice my dance and MMA. Ive been to all locations on long Island and this is definitely my second favorite location just shy of hauppauge. The thing would make it better would be consistent positivity at the front desk. Some days are good and some days are not so good but the rest of the other gym members that I get to speak to make the environment a great atmosphere to be in.

5 /5 Alison Oringer: This gym is great! It’s always super clean and everything is well maintained. What makes it even better is the staff, especially Giovanni and Sean at the front desk. They both are always so welcoming and friendly, and they really help make the whole experience enjoyable from the moment you walk in. They go above and beyond to make members feel comfortable and appreciated.

4 /5 J: Went in for a tour and it seemed a bit crowded. Love that they have kids childcare area but that’s additional charge/month. Wish they have red light therapy and to allow guests to use massage chairs + longer time, as it’s only members and would be a deciding factor for top package. Victor was very attentive, down to earth, kind and helpful! Good representation for company and really appreciate his time. The Bellmore location was not as pleasant, seemed very HS clicky during early weekday hours. Both locations had small saunas and people were on their phones inside.

5 /5 Jacob Arcuri: I’ve been consistently impressed by the staff at this gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine friendliness and professionalism. Everyone from the front desk team is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. The morning staff is great they’re easy to talk to and make the place more while some of the 2 guys and a few of the women at the front desk are always super nice and makes me happy that it’s my home gym.

Every time I come in, they greet me with a smile and go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the members. Whether it’s answering questions, keeping the gym spotless, or creating a positive atmosphere, they always go above and beyond. Crunch Fitness is lucky to have them on the team!
