1 /5 Gretchen Washalski: I’ve been a loyal Crunch member for over 3 years, but I’m extremely disappointed in the decline of this location. For more than 3 weeks, there has been no hot water, which makes it nearly impossible for members like me who rely on the facilities to get ready for work. The lack of urgency in fixing such a basic necessity is unacceptable.
In addition, several gym machines are regularly out of service for long stretches of time without being repaired. When I first joined, I chose Crunch because of the amenities and convenience, but over the past year the overall quality and reliability have gone downhill. Long-time members deserve better, and I hope management takes steps to restore the experience we signed up for.
