Ive used them from just getting watch batteries, or changing a clasp on a necklace to special ordering earrings. They really are helpful and give each customer attention; not pushy. They treat you as a valued customer whether you are spending $10 on a watch battery or $1K on earrings. Would recommend them without hesitation.
