1 /5 Brenda L Patterson: I went for a simple deed transfer on my property to be transferred from myself to myself and my daughter. 3 years later, hes been paid in full and I still have no deed and no title to my property. Every time I call the office I get a run around that its on the pile of deeds to be filed. Its in a pile on so & sos desk and a message will be delivered. So & so isnt in today but a message will be left that you called. Its just been 1 thing after the next. One excuse after the next. Multiple phone calls and still no results from this attorney or his office. Would not recommend if you actually want the service you pay for. Very frustrated & disappointed with the work ethnic this office has shown.
