Sidney Federal Credit Union - Norwich Susan Fredrick: In the 20 years I’ve been using the Norwich branch of SFCU I have never had an issue. The staff has always been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their Customer Service reps are great too, the on call agents have assisted me many times. I would recommend SFCU to anyone in need of banking services .
