5 /5 Chris Muha: Phil is a great person and is very understanding of people that have special needs and people in general. He is very courteous and is willing to work out a payment plan if you cannot afford legal fees upfront. At least he did for me. He is very caring and is dedicated to helping you get what you need and knows how to get around the Medicaid spenddown system in this state. With that being said, he will save you a lot of money. I only have to pay around 45 dollars and have a deposit made to take money out of my bank each month to pay my mortgage via a trust for special needs, but despite them having to make a mortgage payment for me, I am only out around 45 dollars instead of around 700 and my usual bills are still getting paid, which they wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for Phil and his knowledge and expertise with this trust and the Medicaid system. Phil is also very good with business and estate services.
