I have two in NY and a home in Atlanta Georgia. Janay helped me with the home policies in NY. My daughter and I have two homes in NY. They explained everything so well. I was even able to contact a State Farm in Atlanta from their office for the home in GA. I wasn’t eligible for State Farm NY because my homes were too close to the water. I still had to write the review because they helped me understand more of the insurance world. I’m grateful. Thank you Douglas and staff.

Ms. Janae Nichols is professional, efficient as well as pleasant. They handled my needs in a timely manner and patiently addressed all of my questions. Overall a phenomenal experience with them.
