We’ve shown proof of insurance through the same carrier since June 2024; no one answers, no one calls back, no one responds to emails, no one responds to progressive requests for this as well. They’ve been charging outstanding prices (one car through them with progressive was the same price as us going through progressive ourselves for two cars). Again, lovely place to be scammed!

I called back and they acted like I never called and gave my info including including the address and VIN. Hope its not this way when you have a claim. Progressive gave this number and said they specialize in what I needed but they acted like what I was requested has never been asked before. When I called back today they said the person isnt working today and its been 48 hours. Why cant someone just give me a quote?
