Salem Farm Supply, Inc. - Fort Edward Bonnie Baker: I had my cub cadet rider picked up on June 16th. On July 1st, I spoke to Joe who said they were waiting on a part to come in. Called Joe again on July 9th. He said part was in, but they were swamped. Hoped to have it ready by Friday, July 11th. Personally went into Salem Farm Supply on 07/15- Spoke to Billie Jo. She said the belts were never ordered. She felt bad that I had been waiting so long. She ordered the belts while I stood in front of her. She said she was putting a rush on them and hoped to have them the next day. She said if they came in that the mower should be ready by Friday - July 18. Today is July 25th- Still NOTHING. Very upset. ***Just an FYI - This business changed hands last March (2025) and since changing from Emerich to Salem Farm Supply service has definitely gone south. All positive reviews from before March 2025 does not apply to this new management.
