Chimene Okere: Excellent gym for drop-ins and the culture was very supportive. Highly recommend for anyone in time. Morning classes run on time in case you’re in a rush, clean restrooms, working water fountain, coaching was very good, and programming felt very balanced.
    YMCA Downtown Syracuse - Syracuse
jen moorhead: I like going here. One reason is they have a separate space just for women to workout which I love. Membership is affordable compared to other gyms. Parking downtown on the street is a huge pain but just found out they have a parking garage which is a reduced price for members. Ive never had a problem at this gym the staff is wonderful and very helpful . Everyone is very nice. This gym has alot of programs and classes to offer. This location isnt modern or style up to date which I dont mind at all. Everything works and is a good place to be. Im conformable going there and working out.

Heaven Donner: Ive been training with Ryan Bumpus for the past few months and he is amazing! He is always on time, organized, puts together awesome workouts and pushes me to really challenge myself. I am definitely getting stronger every week and I actually look forward to coming to the gym. l I highly recommend him!

Frederick Ashley: This gym is the best I’ve seen. Great staff and equipment and the place is spotless. If you’re serious about your health this is the place.
    Reality Fitness - Syracuse
Arron Wright: If you’re looking for an upbeat energetic workout that is hard but still fun come to Reality Fitness. Jess and Kelly bring it everyday.
    Anytime Fitness - Liverpool
Andrew Illingsworth: A very horrible experience with the management at this gym. I needed to cancel after my year contract expired. I emailed without a response so I called and was rudely treated by Angeline Mack. She said she is too busy and I was on her to do list. The next day I still had no reply confirming my cancelation. I emailed again without a response. Late in the day I called again and spoke once again with Angeline who rudely said "I told you I would handle it!" then hung up on me. I then called Any Time corporate contact and confirmed it was cancelled. While on the phone with them I filed a formal complaint. I suggest anyone experiencing this behavior at this location again do the same. There are a significant amount of fitness centers in the Central NY area. I will never return to any Anytime Franchise again.
    SYR Fitness - East Syracuse
Gustavo Chagoya: Place has gone downhill; cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority. Single water fountain can be broken for weeks at a time. Men’s locker room hasn’t smelled decent in months. Will follow up temporarily.
315 Strong The Gym - Syracuse
Sabu The Artist: Whether youre looking to workout by yourself or with a crew this place makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Amazing and fun atmosphere and shut out to Jamie for creating such a great environment
    Planet Fitness - Syracuse
Cory Mayock: I havent been going to this location in a while since I was robbed there. Someone broke into my locker, took my car keys, then went out to my car to steal my wallet. I was out $400 in cash and they bought $600 in gift cards with my credit cards. I also had the tags of my dog who passed away just before moving back to NY in there. They had me fill out a report and I talked to the police but nothing ever happened with it. Someone should have at least been there to stop them at the front desk when they didnt scan in. Fast forward to last week. I went in to see a bunch of new equipment and a new layout. I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately a few of the machines I used already had damage. For one, the cables on the lat pulldown machine are missing chunks of the rubber coating, so it is no longer smooth - not a big deal, but annoying. The worst part was the atmosphere. There was one shirtless guy (I thought that was banned) doing crunches in the mirror. He brought in a blanket from home to try and section himself off and have his "own area" Then I noticed on the other side was an older guy walking around with selfie sticks streaming their workout for content. I dont want to be that guy, but arent there gyms for that? PF isnt supposed to be that kind of place. Ill try to stick to going out to camilus or dewitt. Its way less cringy there.
    Rise Above Wellness - Syracuse
Zach Mac Naughton: Ryan has created a family. When you step into the RAW world, you are stepping into the ring with people who have your back. The encouragement I feel, the knowledge Ive gained, the confidence Ive built, all has stemmed from his passion to push people to better themselves both physically and mentally. Its not like other gyms. Every class is unique and theres always something new to learn while keeping safety at the forefront. Best gym ever!
