I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding an issue with my gym membership. My credit card information recently changed, and I was not notified by phone or email about this change or any resulting issues.
After not attending the gym for one week, I was charged an interest fee when I returned. I find it unacceptable that I was not informed of the change in my payment status, which led to this unexpected charge. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
