1 /5 Anthony Siewert: I do not recommend this banking institution. There is constant misinformation in regards to policy. We were told we have to cancel both cards for recent fraud only to find out not only was one card not cancelled but it wasn’t even necessary to cancel both cards. The teller seemed to forget that she’s the only who told us she was going to cancel both cards to begin with. They do not print their cards in house this needing to wait a week for replacement. Unacceptable. No one ever seems to enjoy their job, like I’ve never seen anyone greet me with a smile. They have a drive through atm that you have to get out of the car for which defeats the purpose of a drive up atm. I would have thought that a smaller credit union would be more member focused as well as organized with a clear, dependable process.
