Apple Bank - New City Vincent Verzi: This is the worst bank I’ve ever used, customer service over the phone and the actual app is super confusing and has only caused my problems, i was put on wait for 20 minutes with a representative that had 0 people on the line so they were busy??? Changed my address due to being at school and it never actually sent to my school! Just a letter saying the address was changed, I was already pissed off I edited that long for a letter telling me what I already know but never actually sending it to the address is unacceptable
