A huge shoutout to Sylvia, who was an amazing instructor! She was super supportive, patient, and really attentive to everyone in the room. She explained the moves clearly, gave helpful adjustments, and made the entire class feel comfortable—especially for someone like me who’s still getting used to Pilates. Her energy was warm and encouraging from start to finish.
