I felt like I was genuinely joining a family more so than a company. I’ve used different insurance companies in the past but none compare to State Farm. I saved a lot on my auto insurance and plan on switching my homeowners insurance as well when I am able to. Doesn’t get any better when you save money and love the company that’s saving you the money because you genuinely feel like they are looking out for your best interest.     N: Agent doesn’t know much when comes to claims part of insurance! He won’t fight for you and just does what company says. I would think twice before purchasing insurance!! Trust me!!!!! When the going gets tough the agent is nowhere to be found!!! Sad!!!! I did everything w out the agent. He was not knowledgeable Sold a bare minimum policy w non recoverable depreciation. Who does that???? There is a matching endorsement, he never offered that!! How will he make it right!!

If I left a message for Kirk to call back, he always did to my utmost satisfaction and in a very timely manner. 4. It is not just the Allstate company BUT THE AGENT THAT MAKES Allstate the company it is! 5. If it wasnt for Kirk Im not sure I would have picked Allstate as my insurance company! 6. Kirk is the MAIN REASON I stay with Allstate!!!!!!!!

In terms of efficiency, this company seems to be doing well but the lack of professionalism is astounding and I cannot emphasize enough how poor of an experience this was.

She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).
