Laurie Fabian: This office was used by the buyers bank when we sold our house. I found it funny when I read the mission statement on their webpage. Our closing was held up for over 2 weeks because the attorney wouldnt schedule it, even though all parties were requesting a closing ASAP and all paperwork was submitted. It cost three families extra money, time and aggravation. The buyers agent was told to stop contacting the office because they would get to it when they could. That was when they actually responded to the calls. Their webpage says they consider the needs of the customer, they work in a timely manner, and they use the latest technology, except, I guess, when they choose to wait to the very last second to schedule a closing, and dont wire money even when it would benefit the client. BTW, there was never any explanation given as to why the big delay. I believe a client should have the right to know why their best interests are not being considered. Obviously, I would never recommend this firm as they certainly dont put the customer first.
