On Friday I called to ask if someone was going to be in touch with me. "Oh yes! Theyll call you today!". Nope. To not get in touch with someone in need who is clearly out of their depth and grieving is beyond unprofessional. Its unkind. Now, Im glad they didnt call. Better to find out now. Find somebody else, yall.
