1 /5 Russell and Bree: Repo agent jumped into my moving tractor while driving down the road and forcefully tried to remove me from the tractor, and remove the key. Never showed any paperwork, or identity of who he was, never verified VIN on vehicle or anything. Also was parked up at my home walking around looking into windows.

1 /5 Cort: Came to my house at 2:30 in the morning, climbed over our 5 ft fence, shinning a flashlight in our windows, looking for someone that use to own this house. When I swung the front door open this guy was standing on the porch. Not knowing his intentions he was immediately met with a 40 cal GLOCK in his face. As I told him that coming around here at night was a good way to meet Jesus early, I think he crapped his pants. He was very lucky that night, as I’m gone a lot, and my wife isn’t as nice as me. She pulls the trigger 1st, and ask guestions later.

1 /5 K V: I am also a victim like the reviews the other individuals on here have posted. This company literally does google searches and most likely pulls a background check on your personal information, to connect you to a company you have no association with. Literally a family member works for the company they are after and they continue to call and harass myself and other members even though we have told them this repeatedly. They refuse to stop calling even though i have told them to previously... this place has the most hard headed people ive ever dealt with. Calling me unprofessional clearly after the fact that im telling them what theyre doing wrong but they still continue to belittle you... a bunch of morons. NO ONE SHOULD DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

1 /5 Christy Franklin: This company used illegitimate means to look up my personal information and connect me to a company I have never heard of and a person I have no association with. They continue to call and harass myself and my husband even though we have told them this repeatedly. They refuse to send me paperwork proving the association, leading me to believe they are fraudulent.

DVSH716: Very rude staff if your calling with a problem they caused the lady who picks up the phone gives you a nasty attitude and hangs up in your face, they refuse to answer questions about your own money they are an absolutely terrible bank that needs to either be re staffed of shut down entirely they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Id give them a negative 5 if I could they are seriously the worst bank Ive ever experienced.

Charity Artieri: I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my family and I recently received from Terri, the Assistant Branch Manager at your M & T Lockport branch. We came into the branch needing to make some important changes to an account, including adding a power of attorney. This account holds a substantial balance, and we expected to be treated with at least a baseline level of professionalism and empathy — particularly given we were dealing with a sensitive family matter. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, Terri made it clear she was bothered by our presence. She showed no empathy and repeatedly stressed that things would be "easier with an appointment," even though we were already there and simply needed help. To be clear, we understand the value of appointments — but when a customer with significant business is at your branch seeking assistance, the tone and approach should reflect a willingness to help, not a desire to push us out the door. Terri told us she would follow up if she received any updates, but after several days of no communication, we returned to the branch. At that point, we learned from Jennifer that Terri was on vacation — again reinforcing the impression that our needs were not a priority for her. Due to this poor experience and lack of basic customer service, we ultimately moved over substantial all funds to another institution. Learning that Terri holds a leadership role at the branch was even more disappointing, as her attitude sets a poor example for her team and reflects badly on your organization as a whole. We hope this feedback is taken seriously. At a time when another nearby branch had just closed, you would expect the remaining locations to be especially mindful of retaining customers — not driving them away. I would strongly recommend that others avoid dealing with Terri based on our experience. If you do choose to remain at this bank I would bank with Jennifer as she seemed helpful, caring and empathetic to what we had going on at the time
