Erika took the time to understand what was best for us and what was best given the wild market we were shopping in. This just solidified my belief that there wasn’t anyone better to have chosen for this transaction. I cannot recommend Erika highly enough. I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.

Carol Goca: LIARS!!!! They don’t do their job right, they don’t investigate and they also violate peoples rights. I have never had to deal with cps thank god because they are the most horrible people and they think they can play God with peoples lives. They all need to pray for forgiveness and hope they go to heaven but I doubt it. I have never met such rude nasty women in my life oh and they also screen calls. They have very poor work ethic’s. If I could give them a negative star that’s what they would have because they don’t even deserve one star
