I had to replace my card once due to losing it, and I got it quickly replaced. The staff in Catskill and both Hudson locations are super friendly and helpful. The Catskill branch is where I initially opened my accounts and I have been satisfied using them since. All the fees are fair and they make it easy to have a joint checking and savings and also offer credit card options and loans.

K. C.: There are case workers who always show they care and ones who care, but are overworked. One must remember these important workers deal with a lot of stress and I am sure that takes its toll. My pipes burst and I went through a whole tank of gas. I was really distraught and the Supervisor approved extra HEAP assistance. This year my heater is not working and Doug, the director of HEAP made sure it was serviced. He then directed me to a program that could help me with a thermostat. I cant imagine how stressful it is for these workers right now with the pandemic. As a disabled person, I am thankful for them.
