Use their services if you want to be ignored for 7 months, communicate through YAHOO email and have all your voicemails and emails ignored. He justified going MIA on me for WEEKS because his mother died. I mean I sympathize, but weeks?! There seems to be no office phone, all calls go directly to Mr Guttman’s cellphone which he ignores. I’ve spoken to him 3 maybe 4 times max in 7 months. Extremely unhelpful and dragged my case on for 7 months without a court date because we were missing docs and he never told me.
And the icing on the cake, every time you call him, he forgets your case completely and you’d have to refresh his memory on every single detail. I understand he might have other cases he’s working on, but it’s like he has total amnesia and doesn’t remember a thing!
