5 /5 Richard Steele: I was trying to make sure I was getting the best pricing on my insurance and just as importantly making sure I had adequate coverage. My existing provider was basically all online with no one to really help guide you. Matt Hunt was what I was looking for. Matt took the time to talk with me and listen to everything I have and am doing. He then worked through multiple options. He ended up saving me $500 on my home and auto. Even more impressive was I have way better coverage than I did before. Ive already sent one of my daughters his way to help her with her insurance needs. He made the transition easy to do.

Representatives dole out inaccurate and conflicting information, and in some instances without properly understanding their "confusing system" (per agency owner) or investigating scenario. Melissa is curt, condescending and patronizing, as well as misleading about credentials. Steering clear of this unprofessional establishment.

We decided to give Matthew Hunt a try, hes local and came to us with great recommendations. Were so happy we switched all our insurance business there. Matthew was so helpful, patient to answer all questions, got us the same coverages, sometimes better, at lower cost, AND in a very timely fashion. How can we not love all that? 5 /5 Mark Eich: My family has been with this group for years and years. Accolades to the entire team, Matt in particular, for their truly excellent customer service. We have recently switched home and auto coverage, not an easy task. Matt was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the change process. My daughter is in the midst of buying her first residence and again, all correspondence is accurate, helpful and timely. On top of it all, I have a long list of musical instrument/gear that is covered on a separate rider and updated on a regular basis. Never a problem. Cant recommend this office highly enough.
