H&R Block - Monticello (NY)

1 /5 Alexander Albacete: I don’t recommend anybody doing there taxes at this location... I went there on Thursday around 12at noon I waited for almost 2 hours just to be told I can’t file my taxes there because for one of my prior job I had only had my last paycheck stub... I was told it’s IRS policy that you can only have w-2 when fileing... I’m not sure how true that is, and I’m not even madd at that but to sit in a tax office for 2 hours just to be told sorry can do nothing for you..... let’s get a little better with the customers service.... this is how you lose business I’ll just keep going where I’ve been going

1 /5 Christopher Spears: Very bad place to have your taxes done got me ordered it one year because of Lady forgot to put paperwork in my taxes also very unfriendly very very rushed to get to the next person so she can get home dont care really about your taxes very expensive paid $700 I have so much more to complain dont go here please h&r block is very bad Ive used them in the past and every time I never was happy and I finally decided never to go again if you plan on using a prayer block paint on having a border because they will probably get you audited it. Please save yourself the headache dont use them...
