Jack is always available and informative. He goes out of his way to give very personal services. Hell calls back immediately, emails a spread sheet of all options, then comes right to my store or office to explain our insurance options. Finally, he gets us signed up for the best health insurance for us. Jack is most helpful with sourcing and explaining and getting up registered for insurance for my small business.
