He was totally bamboozled into hiring them to take care of her estate after her death. Needless to say, there was nothing complicated about her estate what so ever and it actually turned out to be a pain in the neck of them taking care of everything. My husband and I could do it ourselves. Nobody needs an attorney for someone with an estate like hers. We didnt realize that until after they were hired. I really feel like they took advantage of him in his grief. Everyone that I have talked with does not hire an attorney for an uncomplicated estate. So, do your homework people before you see an attorney. There is plenty of info on the internet, books to read and ask your friends. They will all tell you that dont need an attorney! Especially when you are fully capable of doing it yourself!
