I walked in and Scott could not have been nicer in examining my rings and going over everything with me. There was a small crack in one of my stones and a detail on my engagement mounting that had been making me crazy. Scott had Mike come over to discuss this with me and they addressed the issues. Today, the rings were picked up and they look absolutely stunning!!! With the detail on the mounting corrected, I’d actually say they look better than the day I got them. This jewelry store has an absolutely stunning and classic collection. I would return here again and again. Thank you Scott, Kimberly, and Mike!!!!!

Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.
