5 /5 Andrew Smith: Had a great experience at Kim’s Fine Jewelry. Don’t pay more just because other stores have a fancy store front. They were honest, easy to talk to, and they followed through with everything they said they were going to do. They gave me the best price out of all the jewelry stores i went to in the diamond district, and they also didn’t pressure me into a sale. They do their work in house too. I selected the diamond and told them the setting that i wanted and they made it happen! So glad i went to Kim’s Fine Jewelry for an engagement ring!

Mine was fairly straightforward, but my fiancee went to several jewelry stores in NYC before finding some inspiration with Kims. The salesperson we worked with, Kris, was so helpful and patient. We ended up getting a custom ring and they were able to get us a wax model quickly to settle exactly on what we wanted. We were able to get exactly the ring we wanted quickly, and also got engraving done too! The prices were very reasonable and they were willing to work with whatever customization we wanted. 5 /5 Midori Yang: Got a ring resized here for $30 in 30 minutes! I never had a ring resized before but the salesperson worked with me to figure out the correct size before soldering it closed, and explained potential caveats that could affect the finish of the ring. I cant even really see the seam where the ring was closed. The customer service was excellent, very collaborative and patient. Will definitely be back!
