    Sonia Tempone: Everyone BEWARE!!!!!! NEVER EVER do business with this person. He took my payment in full for the year and NEVER insured my property. I did not know this until the following year when I tried to contact him about my renewal, He would not return my calls for a month, I finally contacted another agent and this is how I found out my property was never insured. It cost me a fortune to reinsure my property as it shows up as a lapse of insurance has happened. I did recover my money back from him eventually but still having issues with his company. PLEASE NEVER EVER use this company!!!!!!!

    Julissa Matos: Unprofessional! I literally had a friend call me and tell me about my insurance payment being late because the worker there gave my information out to my friend . I felt like why the hell are they giving out my information as if thats ok . I pay my bills Im a single mother and I pay my bills weather there late or not they are paid !!!! What happened to my PRIVACY!!!!!! I am no longer friends with that person because they got nerve snooping around and inquiring about my bills!!! As for the insurance company Im looking for a new one because I feel disrespected and i feel like they should have known better then to discuss my buisness with someone other then me.

    Badria Ghanem: Whoever Sana is, she’s very unprofessional and rude. Her customer service definitely needs some work. As an agency you need to hold your employees accountable. I’ve been waiting for policy info to be sent for days now.every time I call to remind them to send me the info I requested they say they are busy! I’ve also emailed over and over again and no response. My advice, if you’re shopping for an insurance agency, go somewhere else. Completely disappointed.
