HOWEVER, I had the most WONDERFUL PROFESSIONAL experience with Kravits Jewelers. I first met with Nah’jel who took notes and interest in my desired timepiece. Nicole was great in assisting me in getting a 41mm datejust with a blue stick dial. I would recommend them to anyone and happy to be apart of the Kravits family.

This was only caught three weeks after calling for an update on the ring. Got told a rush order would be put in and that they’d follow up but it took me following up 4 times over two weeks to ultimately hear the correct ring would not be here in time for my wedding. Now a week out, I have no ring and was just offered a sorry from the associate and customer service. If you are going to buy something from here, do not work with Christian and instead only work with Lee.

What truly made our visit special was the kindness of Teddy, who not only assisted me but also went above and beyond by gifting my daughter a beautiful pair of earrings and a lovely bracelet.
