Chelsea Moore: I contacted this law firm via e-mail for a SS disability consultation. I provided extensive documentation attesting to my condition. There was no reply after a week. I then phoned the office, and received a lackluster greeting. I was informed that the attorney had been in court a lot. Okay, but could we at least have gotten the process started by having the receptionist call me to acknowledge my inquiry? Another week passed afterwards with no follow-up from the firm. Guess hes still in court. In the meantime, my condition persists and my time has been wasted.

Chelby Reynolds: Fennell is a terrible attorney. He is not transparent. He doesnt return phone calls. He doesnt mail out the entire/correct correspondence. He bullies people into signing off on the estate before it is even settled. If your family is dysfunctional, this man will add fuel to that fire. Highly toxic and incompetent. Horrifying experience altogether.

C K: Our initial consultation was very positive and we immediately retained Amanda. However, after retaining, there was no response from Amanda nor the secretary for a month. The voicemail was always full as. Strangely the secretary lives out of state. After a month, they scheduled us a week later and we just couldn’t wait anymore. We lost a lot of time and needed immediate assistance. We finally went to the law office where all doors were locked, we knocked on the door for several minutes when Amanda finally answered it. Amanda is very sweet and nice, and we got back our entire retainment fee. We are very grateful for that. However, with the lack of communication our custody battle has now been prolonged even further.

This firm also had far more experience in what I needed help with. Although the original attorney claimed to know what he was doing I figured out rather quickly he didnt. He even argued with me when I decided to take my situation/case to this law firm. DeFrancisco & Falgiatano had to basically start from scratch due to my previous attorneys lack of organization & skill set. I couldnt thank them enough for all they did & if youre not sure who to hire THIS FIRM IS IT!! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring this firm but minimally going in & talking to them is a must before hiring just any attorney/firm.
