1 /5 John Doe: Do not, and I repeat do not hire Joe Ahearns unless you literally have money to burn. Being a former prosecutor he acts like he still works for the prosecutor office, not a defense attorney. He will advise you to take 1st plea offer or receive the maximum sentence. Of course this is my opinion based on interactions with him. Better off with a court appointed attorney since you will receive the same sentence or better than with Joe and still have your money. Must be friends that gave him the fake good reviews. Had others tell me he definitely still works with the prosecutor, not with good intentions for his client. Save your money, youll be glad you did
