3 /5 Amanda McElwain: I’ve known this attorney since 2018, when he was 1st assigned to represent my son.
At 1st he was wonderful!
Years later, when he was assigned to represent him again, I questioned that. What I didn’t understand was that he was assigned to tell the court what my child wanted…even if that wasn’t what was best for my son.
I see that now. After our latest appearance, I was able to appreciate his standing a lot more.
He told the court exactly what my son wanted, as he was supposed to to, then he also told the court what he felt was needed, which happened to coincide with what I was asking the court for.
I’m giving him 3 out of 5 only because he forgot my son’s entire case from years ago & because I do feel like he should’ve spoken on my son’s needs sooner than he did. Even if he was just doing his job.
I think hiring him to represent ur child, or your case is a smart move because he would definitely fight for what it is his client wants.
