1 /5 Arismendy Genao: I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent phone interaction.Today 7/7/25 around 4:17pm I called because of a text message request to call State Farm. When I called my agent Stephany Escobar answered who had an attitude and instead of helping me transferred me to Dania Salmeron. Dania is extremely unprofessional, I am shocked that someone like this would be the manager representing this office according to her she’s the manager. As a customer, I expect respectful and helpful service when dealing with important matters.
