I am being wrongfully accused, with no probable cause, no police contact and not a single victim or witness. Just some hear say. They had my alledged public defender threatin and swear at me to take a deal in January this year. I was put on Chautauqua County Top 10 most wanted without even knowing. How am I to believe I can have any trial, jury or non jury, be fair. I was guilty before I knew I was charged. I am on probation. They did not know. What the hell???
