Relax On Cloud 9 Health & Wellness Spa - Staten Island
Samantha Giampietro: I had my first visit for a mini facial today, and it was a wonderful experience! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and Maria, my esthetician, was incredible. She has the gentlest hands and used products that were perfect for my sensitive skin. Ive had facials at various places before, but this was by far the best one Ive ever had. Im so happy to have found my new spot and cant wait to go back. Thank you so much!

F.C. Chaos Boxing & Fitness - Staten Island
Nicole Bellmier: I have been a member for a little over a year now and it is by far the best gym I have ever been apart of! My husband and kids also go and love the boxing classes they have at the Brick location. The trainers are all amazing, but Denise has been with me since day 1 at the Studio of Chaos on Bradley Ave. Her classes are on another level. Not only does she give you an amazing workout, she helps you with nutrition too to really get the best results.

Dan P: Joe has been fantastic in helping my son, who has physical developmental delays, improve his coordination, strength, and overall well-being. Although it seems he usually works with athletes, Joe has tailored his approach to meet my son’s needs with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Weve already seen great progress, and I highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for dedicated and personalized support.

Svetlana Fay: As a new member of Outerbridge Athletics, I love my morning classes & I love how the workout is customizable for any level of fitness. Coach John has a deep understanding of exercise science & can explain everything clearly. Coach John is motivating, supportive, while making you feel comfortable throughout the class. He corrects your form and pushes you for improvement. Every workout is different & never old or boring. The gym is always very clean, the music is great & always a great group environment. Coach John, the music & the gym members bring the energy. I am always feeling better than I did when I walked in. I highly recommend Outerbridge Athletics.

Xavier F.: As a prior collegiate athlete I was just getting bored with my routine weight training workout and have always been interested in joining a boxing gym like this. Honestly the place exceeded my expectations. Not only is the gym awesome, the coaches go above and beyond to teach you step by step and accelerate your learning curve. If you’re looking for a boxing gym you won’t be disappointed.

Stef Johnson: If you are looking for a great place to develop your young gymnast, The EDGE is it! This is my daughters 4th year at The Edge and we have been very happy with the experienced coaching and care she has received there. One of our favorite coaches who has been there from the beginning is MS. RACHEL. Rachel maintains a strong focus on skill building, conditioning and form, in a way that is uplifting and fun for kids. We are grateful for Ms. Rachel and the other coaches like her who have impacted our daughters growth.

Some Like It Hot Yoga& Wellness - Staten Island
Maria Farberov: Update : To Nicole- at no point did I said “call an ambulance or else” - the back and forth will not seek any results. My review stands as is, for those looking for a new Bikram/Hot studio, please take everything into consideration. Look at other reviews, don’t take my word as a golden rule. ——— What an AWFUL experience.... Was excited to get back into yoga and was looking forward to sharing this experience with a friend. The good- people taking the class all seem very nice. The instructor knowledgeable in palates. The bad - studio smell like sweat that has not been cleaned up in ... ever. - the studio owner is unprofessional and rude and there is nothing "namaste" about her demeanor. - the instructor seems threatened and terrified of her boss (the owner) to the point of creating a false narrative Will not be returning. If you are okay with disrespectful behavior and just taking class by disconnecting with the rest of the world- this is a place for you. Disclaimer - I am a health professional with 30+ years of dance teaching experience. When your hot yoga studio forbids you from leaving the room during class, even if you felt unwell, it raises concerns about safety. To add insult to injury when the studio owner proceeds to yell at you, questions you says that by leaving the class was disrupted, and insults - thats speaks volumes about the culture of the practice. If I didnt leave, the class would have been even more disrupted with the instructor unable to teach at all because they would need to take care of the student instead of teaching, Furthermore, when the owner accuses the client that because of the client the owner could not complete their scheduled personal important appointment- that demonstrates concern for the owners mental state. There are safety risks involved with hot yoga and it is the responsibility of the instructor and the student to ensure safety. Listening to your body is paramount: Regardless of studio policy, your well-being should be the priority. If you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or experience any other signs of heat intolerance or illness during a hot yoga class, its essential to take a break or leave the room. Same with dance -pushing through injury is highly discouraged as it may cause further injury. People are paying for the class, this is not a prison. No one comes to class looking to disobey any rules, this is supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience.
