Ian Gifford: This place will not sell silver or gold for market value plus a small fee. The owner would only sell me silver rounds for $35-$50 an ounce when the current price is $24. I have bought silver and gold from many different dealers and generally would pay $26-$27 per ounce after fees when it’s at $24 an hour. As I stated before this gentleman was not offer any bit of help in terms of buying gold or silver or close to market value. He plainly asked me how much money I was willing to spend and wanted to work out some sort of a deal instead of allowing me to purchase a few silver rounds like I wanted. If you are looking for vintage silver or gold coins or bars that’s might need a place for you. But if you are looking for rounds for bars that are near market value to buy and save for a later time I would recommend going to a different place.

Kelly Fortin: I would give 0 stars if I could. We went on vacation to Lake George for the 4th of July and purchased 6 "permanent" anklets with charms from this store on 7/5- costing us several hundred dollars. By 7/6 they already began to snap off. We went back into the shop on 7/6 and were told they products failed due to the person who first secured them not doing a good job. Upon returning home from our vacation and less then a week later, 3 of the anklets snapped and broke. We spend a week being pushed around from person to person, sending pictures etc to be accused of lying, being scammers and eventually being ignored all together. The owner said he would refund one person in the group 50.00 but that money has yet to be seen. The owner stopped responding to our outreach for the other broken/lost products until we started posting reviews online. Now the owner is texting us, not to apologize or rectify the situation but to say he is going to call our jobs and post fake reviews on our business pages. Sadly, what was suppose to be a memorable experience, has turned into a terrible one.

And the owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered every question I asked and really helped me and guided me. She also gave me a discount in the end because I bought so many things. I love scrolling through the website, and if I find something that I want, its purchased and shipped within a timely manor! I inquired about some custom earrings and she responded right away, and made them that week even though I know she was so busy with the holiday season. My favorites are my Buffalo Bills earrings made of sterling silver. I have more of a simplistic style when it comes to earrings, and they are PERFECT for everyday wear. Vary educational and to be honest, i got the opportunity to lay my eyes on somethings id call priceless, or wouldnt find anywhere else..one of a kind place. Will be coming back time and time again. What an amazing all around place! The owner does his best at being fair and good prices too!
