1 /5 J W: I went in to the agency for assistance and the owner Catherine was rude from the get go talking to me through a glass door in her office. She then started yelling and would not allow me to speak. She kept on cutting me off while I was trying to explain what was going on she then advised that she had to leave to go to a Dr appointment & told her agent Morgan to handle my situation. She was VERY unprofessional. They seem to only assist who they want to assist. I felt discriminated against and uncomfortable to have to deal with that type of treatment in a place of business. Also While I was in the office waiting I observed certain agents put customers who were calling in to make a payment on hold then get back on the phone shortly after and advise those customers that the system was down so that they can avoid assisting the customers with payments over the phone during that time. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. For someone who has been a business owner for over 20 yrs you would think she knows how to treat customers. This is ridiculous. If I could leave a no star rating I would!
