Baker Peter H - Hammondsport Michele Personius: Met with Travis and he agreed to take my case, called to say I would retain him I just needed a couple weeks and to let me know If that was an issue. Never was advised it was an issue, and when I had called to set up appointment to retain the receptionist was very rude and told me he is now booked and can’t take on new clients, I asked why I wasn’t advised sooner and she became very rude and hung up on me.
