She was punctual, succinct, and explained everything in understandable terms. Within a week, she presented us with the new deed and then explained step by step what we needed to do in order to "file" the new deed. Wendy was: personable, knowledgable, explicit in instructions, and very quick to provide what we wanted. I was amazed- I had called lawyers and learned that this "task" would cost about $400. I feel so fortunate, that this service was available to us!

    Jennifer Garrow: Called here a few weeks ago to get some information on a few things and some answers. The lady that answered the phone and took my initial information was amazing at her job and her customer service was outstanding. She was able to send me everything I needed and passed my info along to some one who could answer my questions. The next day I received a call back from Adam which he is also great to work with. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for any legal advice and cant afford to obtain someone. They are very knowledgeable here and are always quick to return your phone calls or emails.

    Jon Magoon: Between myself, a town supervisor, my attorney and my real estate agent, a total of 20 calls and 10 emails were made to Tom Murnane over a two month period and he didn’t respond to one! It’s almost criminal to represent a town as their attorney and not even have the courtesy to at least call back. This issue has been holding up an estate sale for months. Useless.
