Gary Langton: Despite a rocky start with MHVFCU where my customer service experience was less than stellar, Theresa Higgins took charge of the customer service issue to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. She went out of her way to stay with me while I confirmed my problem was resolved and even later followed up with me by calling me to ensure I hadnt experienced any further issues. Theresa is a credit union superstar who I give an A++ for customer service in this impersonal world of AI bots and AI-driven automated customer service engines that are more frustrating than intelligent! Kudos to Theresa and MHVFCU for their commitment to customer service.

Marcus Smith: I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Kay and Victoria refused to transfer me to a mgr. I called to reset my password and Victoria laughed after I got frustrated with so many questions, not sure why, so when I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to an assistant manager who began asking me another 20 questions (literally) even after I told her that Victoria had already asked me 12 questions to verify my identity. Not even commercial Banks have this senseless process. First, they got terrible customer service, and first, they are ripping off the clients with excessive high interest. Better go to a commercial bank. Lesson learned. Don’t do business with this credit union.
