lasardo ralph: I was satisfactorily insured for a number of years. After a 20% increase I found better rates elsewhere. It was quite a hassle for me to convince them I had alternate insurance. They claimed not to receive the fax from my new insurance and insistent on an email. I have yet to get a time frame on when I will receive my refund on unpaid insurance. To be fair I was satisfied with their rates for a few years, but they made it a real hassle to leave them. I just don’t think that was something I expect from professionals.
