third party technician showed up and disconnected our cable leaving us without tv!
then and only then we were told we needed a roku (?!) device and an app so i had to go to Walmart and buy a roku with no clue what model or type was needed - the salesperson had to recommend one
after numerous phone calls we finally got the roku setup and the required application, account and password, but the interface is totally useless - you cannot enter a channel number directly, you have to scroll through all the channels to get to a specific one, and there is no guide which tells what programs are coming next on any channel - and we were left to figure all this out on our own
but the biggest complaint is that with the roku the sound lags from the picture, so you can see the person speaking but the actual audio lags behind
and just when we thought it couldnt be any worse we were told about an "ip tv" solution which would cost $100 to install, but couldnt get an appointment for several weeks but immediately they shut off the roku, leaving again without tv
this morning we have been told the roku will be turned back on but as i type this review we still have no tv
