2 /5 kathy healy: My mother had Morgan Stanley Smith Barney accounts, we have gone through 8 months of hell trying to settle her estate though this company. Every time you call you have to wait 45-50 min to talk to a person. They were supposed to take my mothers RMD off the top for 2012 and never did it, despite our written requests and multiple phone calls. Misinformation was also given.
