Colleen Macomber: I would recommend you steal very clear of attorney Mark Adrian who is employed at the Wyoming county public defenders office. He is rude. Disrespectful. Refuses to speak with his clients when they repeatedly try to talk with him. Disregards clients wishes. Acts as if his 41 years as an attorney makes him more important than the defendant and their need to understand what is happening with their case. He has clients who are in custody who have been in custody for 2 months and haven’t seen Mr. Adrian yet except out a cell window as he watches Mr Adrian go to and from his office. I even tried to complain to Mr Effman THE public defender and he didn’t even have the courtesy enough to respond back. Wyoming county NY is in need of NEW PUBLIC DEFENDERS WHO ARE ACTUALLY WILLING TO FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT and not just be old miserable and lazy cause you’ve been around too long.
