I have been calling for 3 weeks without a call back. This is more a bad review at the adjuster not the agency. They are helpful and pleasant. And I will register a complaint against that adjuster. Discovered the problem, I must have given them the wrong cell#. All has been rectified, very quickly I might add. They really are very nice and try to help in any way they can.
