A year ago my furnace and hot water heater were destroyed by a flooded basement. They were empathetic and promptly sent a check which helped cover the cost. I know its a business but they go above and beyond to provide adequate services.

Well too late I left and my current agent is fantastic! I thought I had a low price already and I get a call out of the blue for the following year and its $200 less than the prior policy. People word of advice if youre here shop around!!!
