Julius M: I decided to give it a break an april asked to cancel. Instead of canceling, an refunding me the unused portion of my plan, they the insurance run its course. So while im under the impression i will get refunded for May June n July, i get a bill saying i owe for the remainder of July. Told them i cancelled in April, they told me not according to my agent. My agent never cancelled. Thank uts. As a result, when the break was over, i went with fleet risk in Savannah...i swear....this insurance agency could careless. If they did, they would have answered their phones. I will refrain from litigating this matter. Although 2 extra months cost me over 2k. Thanks, but no thanks.
