Really glad I went with these guys. It was way better experience than expected. The piece arrived exactly as shown, quality is solid, and the packaging was very nice. Customer service answered my questions quickly when I wasnt sure about sizing. Would definitely order from them again.

My favorite pieces are from noemie and I got them independently appraised from an outside jeweler who confirmed quality and that this jewelry store is not overpricing their product. My favorite necklace is from them 1carat cushion cut diamond it has become my new everyday wear. Also my wedding band is from here. It is a 3/4 eternity ring of oval diamonds with total weight of 2.6 the price point was 2,000 less than every other jewelry store I visited and they were able to customize the piece to a 3/4 eternity band instead of a full eternity band. My original ring was gold but I found out recently that I am allergic to gold and I had the piece sent back to be reset in platinum. The process was so easy and much more affordable than I expected. I have not received my wedding band back yet but i am sure Neomie will not dissapoint. This is one of the only jewelers I trust and you will not be disappointed with their products!

The pieces are all classically designed and will never go out of style, and the shipping is surprisingly quick. Definitely give them a look if you’re in the market for quality gold or lab diamond pieces for any occasion.

5 /5 wendy kohlhase: This review is a 5 (I would give it a 10 if possible) for two different reasons. First, the quality of the earrings is amazing; they are more beautiful than in the photos. Second and almost more importantly, the customer expereince is something I havent experienced in a long time. The earrings I ordered for a special wedding werent in stock in the yellow gold I wanted, but the folks in customer experience offered to send me a "stand in" pair in white gold so I could wear them at the wedding. I was shocked but thrilled. The earrings arrived overnight and looked beautiful- many people commented on how exquisite they were. I sent them back after my event and they sent the yellow gold ones I ordered as soon as their production team had finished them. I received updates and quick responses along the way and have told many of my friends about this unbelievable customer experience, let alone the quality of the product. I will definitely buy from them again when its time to give myself another well-deserved special gift!!! Thank you Noemie

Elena Barrueco: Terrible. Wasnt even allowed to walk through the door. Told it was wholesale only. Like ok…but there is no sign in the store front. Why have a business in a city where foreigners come to visit and you can’t even purchase anything unless you own a business. Makes absolutely no sense! What if I spent the same amount as a wholesaler? I even called to see if the next day was also wholesale and they straight up said “oh I don’t know you’re gonna have to come and find out”.

They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).
