    Judy Blunk: Truck notification of ‘tire pressure’. Pulled into Stewart’s in Troy Road in East Greenbush for ‘air’ and in the process discovered an Allen wrench in the tire. Removed and the air release immediately resulted in a flat tire. Within 30 minutes the AAA repair truck arrived and rel placed the flat with the spare. The service tech - Todd - could not have been nicer! We’ve had a AAA membership for years and wouldn’t be without it!! ❤️AAA!!!

    Anon Conspicuous: Clara Pregent and by association Relation Insurance she represents has so far refused to: 1) Identify herself, and still refuses to show proof of her licence to sell insurance in NY when asked 2) refused to change to my mailing address so I could get mail, since a "PO Box" couldnt cover my renters policy 3) Care about customers at all (for instance, blame me for Nationwide mail they didnt send: legally binding and important paperwork legally required to be sent at 40 days and delivered to my address: the proper way in proper time.) 4) Have me sign a cancellation request when I asked her several times to send it last week 5) Transfer me to underwriting 6) still refuses to cancel my policy literally stealing money from me. I have to call her out in this format, as she has refused to do her job in the slightest. All they had to do was 1 of those things, but Clara Pregent has been doing this for 40 years as she told me several times. Some might call this "malicious intent" at least
